We encourage you to review this information carefully before getting started.

🟢 SECTION 4: PAY & TAXESÂ

Yes.
As an independent contractor (1099), you are responsible for managing and filing your own taxes.
We recommend speaking with a CPA or tax professional to determine what is best for your personal situation.
It’s important to track your hours and income consistently.
You can use the tracking tools provided in the Resources section to help manage this and stay organized over time.
Because this is independent contracting (1099), setting aside a portion of your income for taxes is strongly recommended.
🟢 SECTION 5: PROCESS & EXPECTATIONS
The onboarding process includes:
• Registration and account setup
• Selection of available client opportunities
• Completion of required system and setup steps
• Any additional client-specific requirements (such as background checks)
Timelines may vary depending on availability, client requirements, and how quickly steps are completed.
Yes.
You can select opportunities and schedules based on your availability.
However, consistency and commitment are important for maintaining opportunities.
🟢 SECTION 6: SUPPORT

RISE is designed to provide guidance and clarity so you are not navigating the process alone.
